ਰਿਸ਼ੀਕੇਸ਼ : ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ Ramnath Kovind ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਕੇਸ਼ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। Ramnath Kovind ਨੇ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਕੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਗੰਗਾ ਆਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ Pushkar Singh Dhami ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
