ਸਰਦੀ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਘੀ ਧੁੱਪ, ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਫ਼ਿਲ, ਗੀਤ-ਸੰਗੀਤ ਅਤੇ ਮਸਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੱਚਣਾ। ਕਦੇ ਕਦੇ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ, ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਾਦੂ ਬਿਖੇਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਦੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਅਤੀਤ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਫ਼ੇਰੀ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। ਕੁਝ ਪਲਾਂ ਲਈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਨੱਚਦੇ, ਬੱਚੇ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਸਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕਿੱਕਲੀ ਪਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਵਾ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਲੇ ਵਾਂਗਰ ਘੁੰਮ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਾਂ, ਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਬਚਪਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਹਾਸਾ ਆਪ ਮੁਹਾਰੇ ਫੁੱਟਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਮਨਮੌਜੀ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਘੜੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹਰ ਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੰਤ ਕਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਵਾਜ਼ੇ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਕਰੇ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਹੱਥ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਾਈਏ, ਹੋਰ ਮੁਸਕੁਰਾਈਏ, ਹੋਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਨੱਚੀਏ ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾਦਿਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਣੀਏ।Winter sun, the company of friends, a song and an impromptu dance. Sometimes, when you least expect it, life works its magic on you, like it did on us yesterday afternoon, when a routine lunch became a trip back in time. For a few moments, we were children playing and dancing together. I learnt we can still whirl like the wind doing the kikli and laughter still bubbles up in us the way it did when we were children. May the Almighty bless every fellow citizen with moments of carefree joy, stretched to eternity. May we all lend each other a hand more, smile more, dance more and live more.
