ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਸਦਰ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਰਚਾ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 14.33 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਗਲਾਡਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਥਾਣੇ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਐਂਡ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 36(1) ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
