ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਬਹਾਦੁਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਯੰਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਰਾਜਘਾਟ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਜੇ ਘਾਟ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੇ। ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੰਘਰਹਾਲਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਲ ਬਹਾਦੁਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਗੈਲਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਝਲਕੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਊਜ਼ੀਅਮ ਦੇਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਜਯੰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੇਖਾਂਕਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ 153ਵੀਂ ਜਯੰਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ, “ਇਹ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜਯੰਤੀ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਖਾਸ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਕਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਹੋਤਸਵ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਤਾਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਬਾਪੂ ਦੇ ਆਦਰਸ਼ਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਚੱਲੋ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਖਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਕਾਰੀ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਪਾਦ।”
