ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਵਲੋਂ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ”ਜਨਤਾ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਬ-ਤਹਿਸੀਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਕੇਂਦਰੀਕਰਨ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਤੱਤ ਹੈ। 1 ਵਿਅਕਤੀ 3 ਕਰੋੜ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਪਰ ਇਕ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਵਿਕੇਂਦਰੀਕਰਣ ਯਤਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
